Our Work
Our Mission
It is our mission to put competency-based talent management within the reach of all
organizations who seek a cost-effective means to fully understand their talent supply and
demand, and to make sound decisions about their workforce and their leadership.
Our Vision
We believe that organizations who fully understand the competency requirements of their
workforce and take assertive action to align skills with business goals will have a distinct
competitive advantage. We believe that all aspects of talent management including workforce
planning, employee selection, learning, performance management, career planning and succession
management should be clearly aligned with actual competency requirements.
Our Values
We are committed to the concept of creating a more talented and engaged workforce through
competency management.
We are committed to our customers and will strive to consistently add value to them.
We are committed to our organization and will make ethical decisions that are in the best
interest of our people, partners and customers.
Our Approach
Our greatest strength is our wealth of practical experience in the entire range of talent
management functions and our track record of delivering on time, on budget results. With an
exploding interest in consolidation of “talent management” activities, confusion
about how to integrate disparate interests and the range of technical solutions in the
marketplace, many organizations need help. We are excited about providing real-world advice
and support that can significantly reduce implementation time, reduce costs and demonstrate
impact quickly.

"Of all the programs we implemented in our successful revenue enhancement initiative, the competency-based performance management program had the most significant impact. We were able to standardize our processes across very diverse work units; help people understand expectations and develop skills; hold them accountable; and identify and reward the best performers". - CEO, Multispecialty Medical Practice |
